| In 1961, the all new T-Bird body featured a pointed noise, modest fins above the taillights, and quad headlamps recessed in oblong housings. The interior features a dash that curved at its outboard ends to blend in with the door panels, and the first ever "Swing Away" steering column. Car is powered by a 390 cid v8 with a 3 speed "Cruise-O-Matic" transmission with tri power carbs. Factory air conditioning, power windows, power locks, power top, electric seats, full instrumentation. Factory tonneau cover (sports roadster) and factory fender skirts. The white soft top is in very good shape and is complimented by beautiful white wall tires. The futuristic styling of this ’61 T-Bird was definitely years ahead of its time. |
