Taken literally, a Daffodil Yellow Coronet may not sound all that tough. Don't be fooled, though, this 1965 Dodge Coronet 500 will take on all comers. Power comes from a snarling 440 mated to a floor-shifted 727 Torqueflite transmission which sends the power to a 3.73 Sure-Grip rear end. The black interior looks great and features buckets seats and console. The body is straight and solid. Correct Daffodil paint and Mopar rally wheels give this Coronet the right mid-sixties Dodge look and Super Stock style hood continues the tough-guy theme. Rest assured, this car is no delicate flower.
