This Dart GTS is originally a California car with fresh paint. Included is the numbers matching original 340 engine in addition to the motor currently installed. Presently the car is powered by a 408 cubic inch V8 with Indy cylinder heads. It dynos at 435 HP with almost 500 Ft/Lb of Torque providing a high power to weight ratio (about 7.5 lbs per HP for a 3300 lb car) . Almost $8,000 was invested in the engine alone. 8 3/4 inch rear end with 3.91 gears, Torqueflite transmission and suspension have been rebuilt and strengthened to handle the increased horsepower. A new front disc brakes setup ready for installation is also included. Very clean undercarriage with Hooke Competition Headers, Flowmaster Exhaust system. New Paint, New Dash, Floor Shifter with Center Console and Storage, Rear Window Defroster and original interior which is in excellent condition. A strong, great sounding car that lights up the tires in third gear. This outstanding Dart GTS is spotless inside and out and needs absolutely nothing except a new owner to drive it home!
